Perfume Diaries

Fragrance guides

How to organize your perfume collection without a spreadsheet

A collection is more than a list of names. Keeping bottles, samples and different versions apart makes it easier to rediscover favorites and buy thoughtfully.

Record the exact fragrance

Capture the house, fragrance name and concentration where known. An eau de parfum and an extrait may share a name but differ in character. Bottle size and fill level belong to your personal bottle record.

Separate ownership from curiosity

Not every scent you test belongs to your collection. Separate samples, purchase ideas and owned bottles. Your Cabinet then reflects what you actually own rather than everything you have ever smelled.

Look back at what you wear

You do not need to maintain a complicated inventory every day. A short wear entry and occasional updates are enough. After a few weeks, notice which bottles have rarely left the shelf.

How Perfume Diaries can help

The Perfume Diaries Cabinet holds your bottles, while the diary, wishlist and personal lists connect your collection to real memories and future discoveries.
